becoming highly technical. Energy conservation is as
important as structural, zoning and environmental requirements.
Coordination among architectural and engineering aspects
is becoming increasingly important. By covering a wide
range of disciplines we can develop projects entirely
in-house. Outsourcing, which is not even necessary,
would lead to delays and coordination problems. These
standards include HVAC-Calc (Manual “J”),
Res-Check, and Com-Check-EZ.
