Mr. Fernandez has over 30 years of engineering experience, and is President of Advance Engineering Group (AEG) since 2001. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, and a Masters in Seismic and Structural Engineering from Catholic University. He has been registered as a Professional Engineer in Virginia and Maryland since 1988.
