Site Planning and Erosion Control
AEG helps clients reach their goals, such as building a large residential development, by delivering a quality, functional and economically viable site design that considers and addresses environmental conditions and Zoning and Flood Control Ordinances. We often deal with near “un-buildable” lots (lots that were left out by developers decades ago).

Sanitary and Environmental Engineering
The EPA requested AEG (in association with JVP Engineers) to perform civil, structural, geotechnical and drainage design for Rock Creek Park Stables (National Park Service) for replacement of 10,000 gallons of fuel in an underground storage tank (UST) in Rock Creek Park, in DC. Recent technological advances in remote sensing, seepage flow and data collection were included.

Engineering Support Construction
Even long after securing the building pemits and conclusion of the site planning work orders, our surveying crews can follow up quickly to perform additional work requests, ranging form setting house corners stake out, wall checks, reference bench marks for elevation datum, and building height elevations check.
